High-back woven rattan armchair PU027
Typical of 1930s production, the high-back woven rattan armchair is characterised by its weaving of natural rattan skin (with its peel) in a ‘double layer’ on the backrest over an unpeeled rattan cane frame. Particularly robust, it blends easily into any environment. The seat is fairly low (salon height), so it will probably need an additional cushion to improve its comfort. This item comes from our ‘museum attic’, so it's a unique piece in almost new condition, apart from the patina of time...
