The TALI collection deliberately goes against the geometric lines and impersonal colours to which contemporary outdoor furniture has become accustomed.
First and foremost, TALI stands out for its innovative lines. A dynamic base, rectangular at the outset, firmly anchored in its environment, which then widens and curves in a fluid and generous way. The delicate ‘double layer’ weaving covering of the seat backs provides comfort and roundness without invading the space.
The refinement and balance of the whole is further enhanced by the choice of a precious and original weave: an original pattern of thick chocolate-coloured webbing edged with powder pink and straw yellow cords creates a visually rich rhythm.
In harmony with nature, the TALI line will be equally at home in very contemporary and more classic environments, a versatility that is very much in the DNA of KOK MAISON.
Designed to stand the test of time for unrestricted, functional outdoor use, the TALI line meets exacting specifications:
- Aluminium structure powder-coated at 200°C, for enhanced adhesion of the epoxy powder and better protection against corosion.
- Braided with rot-proof polypropylene rope, resistant to abrasion, UV rays, swimming pool chlorine and sea salt.
- Adjustable feet for perfect stability, even on uneven ground.
- Quick dry foam allows air and water to pass through for quick drying and no mould.
- Polypropylene ‘olefin’ fabric is UV-resistant, mildew-resistant and water-repellent
- Discreet fasteners to secure the seat cushion to the frame and prevent it from falling out accidentally.
At the end of the season, clean the woven part with a high-pressure cleaner and wash the cushion covers in cold soapy water (do not spin, tumble dry or iron this synthetic fibre).
A cover adapted to this product is available as an option, which will protect your TALI sofa from dust, dead leaves in autumn and bird droppings, and will save you most of the annual cleaning...
We do, however, recommend that you keep the cushions in a dry place out of season.
The enemy of a resin or synthetic rope product is obviously any form of burn: cigarettes, hot kitchen utensils, etc...
